At AZUE, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality organic Indian spices, packed with care and shipped with integrity. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Times

  • UK 2–5 business days

  • EU 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World Currently unavailable (please contact us for special requests)
     

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.
 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and total order weight.

  • Free UK shipping is available for orders over £55.
     

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link (if available) once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking options may vary depending on your selected delivery service.


Returns & Refunds Policy
 

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened spice packages

  • Items returned without prior approval

We are unable to resell opened consumables for health and safety reasons.
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We’re here to help if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or broken

  • You receive the wrong product
     

In such cases:

  1. Email us at info@azue.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

 

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

Items reported after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund unless exceptional circumstances apply.
 

Cancellations & Order Changes
 

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@azue.co.uk.

  • After this window, or once the order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
     

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please allow a buffer of 2–3 extra business days before contacting us, especially during peak seasons or postal strikes.

  • If the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement or refund.
     

International Orders

Currently, we ship to the UK and EU only. For international enquiries outside the EU, please contact us directly at info@azue.co.uk.
 

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
