About the Recipe

Bright, tangy, and utterly refreshing, this Spiced Lemon & Mint Cooler is the ultimate summer quencher. Fresh lemon juice and a handful of muddled mint leaves create a vibrant base, while AZUE Roasted Cumin Powder and Black Salt add a subtle savoury depth that awakens the palate. Sweetened lightly with sugar or jaggery syrup and served over ice, it’s a drink that balances flavour, refreshment, and wellness. Rooted in traditional Indian kitchen nuska, this cooler is known to aid digestion, cool the body, and lift the spirits, all in one refreshing glass.
