A tropical indulgence, the Saffron & Cardamom Mango Lassi blends the creamy richness of yoghurt with the vibrant sweetness of ripe mango pulp, elevated by luxurious strands of Saffron and a pinch of AZUE Cardamom. Chilled and blended to perfection, this lassi is smooth, fragrant, and visually stunning with its golden hue. Drawing from traditional Indian nuska, saffron and cardamom are celebrated for cooling the body and promoting radiant skin. This drink is not just a summer refreshment, it’s an experience of royal heritage in every sip, perfect for special occasions or simply treating yourself.

Ingredients
2 cups cold brew coffee
½ tsp AZUE Cinnamon Powder
¼ tsp AZUE Cloves Powder
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
½ cup milk (optional)
Ice cubes
Sugar or syrup to taste
Preparation
Prepare cold brew coffee in advance (or use ready-made). For homemade cold brew, mix coarsely ground coffee with cold water at a ratio of 1:4 and refrigerate for 12 hours, then strain through a fine mesh or coffee filter.
In a jug, add 2 cups of cold brew coffee. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon AZUE Cinnamon Powder, ¼ teaspoon AZUE Cloves Powder, and ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder into the coffee. Stir gently but thoroughly until the spices are evenly incorporated.
Add ½ cup of chilled milk if you prefer a creamier taste. You can also use plant-based milk. Mix well.
Sweeten with sugar, honey, or syrup according to taste, stirring until completely dissolved.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the spiced cold brew over them. Stir lightly before drinking to combine the flavours.
Optional: Rim glasses with cinnamon sugar for added aroma and presentation.
